Franchetta Dudley is a native Atlantan. She graduated from Georgia Southern University in 1996 and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Arts with an emphasis in Public Relations and Marketing. She is a 2004 honor graduate from the Interdenominational Theological Center (ITC), in the Atlanta University Center, where she received her Masters of Divinity with a concentration in Psychology of Religion and Pastoral Care and Counseling. In 2010, she also completed the certification program for Behavior Learning Disabilities in Exceptional Education at Georgia State University. She has been teaching in the field of education for 19 years.

Franchetta is gifted by God to encourage, motivate, challenge and inspire persons to be the best that they can be. Her enthusiastic upbeat personality is contagious and has a way of igniting hope in seemingly hopeless situations. She is also an anointed singer, worship leader and psalmist. Since she has been in music ministry she has been featured on The Bobby Jones Radio Announcers Awards Showcase, TBN and also shared the stage with gospel artists Walt Whitman, Mark Hubbard, Vashawn Mitchell, Kirk Franklin, Darwin Hobbs, Karen Clark Sheard, Regina Belle and Y’Anna Crawley.

She annually hosts her “Atmosphere Changers Conference,” a conference purposed to speak prophetically to the importance of creating and maintaining the right atmosphere in our lives naturally and spiritually. Atmosphere Changers face their fears, don't try to fit in, position themselves for impact, believe God and His prophets and practice prophetic praise, II Chronicles 20:14-22. She is also the author of Helpful Hashtags: Conversation Starters, Wisdom Nuggets and Devotionals to Help With Decision Making.

Franchetta has been preaching and teaching the gospel for 24 years and currently serves as an Elder with the Ministerial Leadership at Global Impact Christian Ministries in Stockbridge, Georgia under the leadership of the late Pastor Spencer T. O’Neal and currently Pastor Coylitia O'Neal. Franchetta has a strong message of hope and deliverance and also flows in the prophetic.

One of her main goals in ministry is to create and provide persons with an environment where in their lives, decision-making processes and character can be subjectively and objectively shaped by facts, truth, reality and experiences advocated in the word of God. Her motto is, “When one chooses and decides to be, one becomes.”
